Awesome game

Loved this game on steam and now its on iOS! Just as fun too! Just one thing though, as far as I have played- got to the dental surgery (not finished yet) there are no other surgeries! What happened to the brain transplant, space surgeries, etc. How about add some new surgeries like a stomach transplant, jaw transplant etc. Please add a few things and keep up the good work! Also if you guys like surgeon simulator style games play "I am bread"! Its hilarious
